摘要

区域是碳排放空间载体,是落实我国"双碳"目标的主要着手点.基于P-S-R模型构建了区域低碳发展水平的评价指标,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法对指标权重进行赋值,形成完善的区域低碳发展指标体系,可量化评价分析区域低碳发展水平,并依据评价结果提出相应的区域低碳发展对策和建议.

Abstract

Regions are the spatial carriers of carbon emissions and the main starting point for implementing China's"Double Carbon"goals.Based on the P-S-R model,the evaluation indicators of regional low carbon development level are constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method are used to assign the weights of the indicators to form a complete regional low carbon development indicator system,which can quantitatively evaluate and analyze regional low carbon development level.,and based on the evaluation re-sults,corresponding regional low carbon development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
