摘要

为探究覆冰粗糙度对风力机叶片翼型失速特性的影响,选取表面粗糙度作为敏感参数,基于FEN-SAP-ICE软件,结合覆冰粗糙度模型,对霜冰和明冰的结冰过程进行数值模拟.在Fluent中分析了覆冰粗糙度对两种冰形翼型失速性能的影响.结果表明:由于霜冰几何外形规则,对翼型失速性能影响较小,翼型失速性能受覆冰粗糙度变化影响较大,而明冰结冰翼型失速性能主要受其结冰形状影响,受覆冰粗糙度变化影响较小.前缘覆冰粗糙度与整体覆冰粗糙度相比,后者对结冰翼型的失速性能影响更大.无论是霜冰翼型还是明冰翼型,覆冰表面粗糙度高度越大对翼型失速性能影响越大.

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of ice coating roughness on the stall characteristics of wind turbine blade airfoil,surface roughness was selected as the sensitive parameter,and based on FEN-SAP-ICE software,combined with the ice coating roughness model,numerically simulates the ic-ing process of frost ice and clear ice.The effect of ice coating roughness on the stall performance of two ice-shaped airfoils was analyzed in Fluent.The results show that due to the regular geometric shape of frost ice,it has little influence on the stall performance of the airfoil.The stall performance of the airfoil is greatly affected by the change of ice coating roughness.On the other hand,the stall perfor-mance of the open ice icing airfoil is mainly affected by the icing shape and the change of ice coating roughness has little influence.Compared with the overall ice coating roughness,the leading edge ice coating roughness has a greater impact on the stall performance of the iced airfoil.Whether it is a frost-ice airfoil or a clear-ice airfoil,the higher the surface roughness height,the greater the impact on the stall performance of the airfoil.
