Based on an energy audit conducted at a top-tier hospital in Shanghai,the building informa-tion and energy supply system of the hospital are introduced.Statistics on the hospital's energy con-sumption data in the past three years,index calculation and benchmarking analysis were carried out on the hospital's energy consumption,and the hospital's energy consumption and air-conditioning energy consumption were divided into items.Testing and data analysis were carried out on the chiller and boil-er systems of a large outpatient building,and the energy consumption characteristics were analyzed.
