Research and Application of Perfor-mance Test Method for Planetary Vari-able Frequency Speed Regulation Feed Pump
As an advanced motor speed regulation and energy saving technology,planetary gear vari-able frequency speed regulation device has been widely used in the field of motor energy saving and environmental protection industry due to its excellent reliability.In order to quantitatively analyze its en-ergy saving effect,based on energy balance and mass balance,the performance evaluation of the feed water pump of a 600 MW unit was carried out using parallel comparison method(A hydraulic coupler drive speed regulation,B planetary gear drive speed regulation).During the test,the functions of the two feed pump sets were reversed,but boundary conditions such as ambient temperature and coal quality entering the furnace inevitably changed,and the output of the two feed pump sets would also deviate accordingly.To this end,a new concept-pump water power consumption coefficient is intro-duced,which can take into account the output deviation of the two feed pump units and more accurate-ly carry out horizontal comparison and energy saving evaluation between the energy consumption of the feed pump units under the same load of the unit.The test shows that the test method proposed in this paper can realize quantitative analysis of the performance of the planetary frequency conversion speed regulating feed water pump and lay a foundation for the energy saving transformation of power machinery and equipment in the energy and chemical industry.
