Application of High-Efficiency Asynchronous Motor in Oil-Field Energy Saving Renovation
The motor is the core of the power and transmission system of the equipment.It is the driv-ing device of various equipment such as fans,water pumps,compressors,machine tools,and trans-mission belts.It is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy,agriculture,transportation,municipal and other fields.It is the most power-consuming terminal equipment with electricity con-sumption.At present,many motors in my country's oil fields have high energy consumption,low effi-ciency,and serious aging.They no longer meet the current national energy efficiency standards and are in urgent need of energy saving renovation.The structure and energy saving principle of high-effi-ciency asynchronous motors are introduced,and a more accurate calculation method of energy saving amount is given.The energy saving renovation using high-efficiency asynchronous motors has remark-able energy saving effects,which not only brings considerable economic benefits to the oil field,but al-so produces good social benefits.
