Research on the Application of the"Industrial Boiler En-ergy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ranks"Stan-dard in Energy Efficiency Benchmarking of Key Ener-gy-Consuming Enterprises
It mainly analyzes the key role played by the national mandatory energy consumption standard"In-dustrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ranks"in promoting high-quality,green and low carbon development in the industrial boiler field in the process of transitioning from dual energy consumption control to"Double Carbon"goal.The supporting role of data is analyzed,pointing out that in the absence of a national unified mandatory heating coal consumption limit standard,the thermal efficiency of industrial boilers plays a guiding role in the process of energy efficiency verification and energy efficiency benchmarking of heat-ing coal consumption of industrial boilers in key energy-using enterprises.It is pointed out that this standard has limitations in the practical application process of energy conservation management agencies at all levels.In order to benchmark industrial boilers more scientifically and effectively,according to the positive correlation be-tween boiler thermal efficiency and heating coal consumption,after comparative analysis,based on the energy efficiency levels at all levels of the"Industrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ranks",un-der different boiler types and fuel conditions,analyze and calculate the level of heating coal consumption ener-gy efficiency levels of existing and newly built(expanded)projects,and point out that all regions should take in-to account the thermal efficiency of the heating pipe network and the influence factors of temperature,Formu-late(repair)corresponding local heating coal consumption standards as soon as possible to lay the foundation for improving the energy efficiency of industrial boilers in the future and implementing national green,low car-bon and high quality development.
