"双碳"背景下基于SimaPro软件的电石法聚氯乙烯生命周期分析

电石法制聚氯乙烯(PVC)属于高耗能产业之一.运用SimaPro软件,对该工艺中电石冶炼、乙炔制备、聚乙烯(VCM)合成和PVC合成四个主要工序单元进行了生命周期评价.选取了 18个环境影响评价指标,并核算了温室气体排放量,有效识别出PVC生产过程中碳排放较为集中的阶段,并提出了 6种途径促进PVC生产过程的节能减碳.
Life Cycle Analysis of Calcium Carbide Method Polyvinyl Chloride Based on SimaPro Software under the Back-ground of"Double Carbon"
Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)produced by calcium carbide is one of the high-energy-consuming indus-tries.Using SimaPro software,life cycle evaluation was carried out on the four main process units of the pro-cess:calcium carbide smelting,acetylene preparation,polyethylene(VCM)synthesis and PVC synthesis.Eigh-teen environmental impact assessment indicators were selected and greenhouse gas emissions were calculat-ed to effectively identify the stage where carbon emissions were concentrated in the PVC production process,and six ways to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in the PVC production process were pro-posed.
