摘要

随着数据中心规模的不断扩大和业务应用的增加,热环境问题越来越突出.优化气流组织作为改善热环境的重要手段,已经成为了数据中心建设和运营中关注的热点领域.通过对国内外改善气流组织研究现状的分析,对气流组织优化方法进行了分类,总结了现有研究各自的优缺点,并分析了气流组织技术发展的趋势.提出了优化气流组织的建议:一是加装、改造挡板类导流装置,可以分离热空气和冷空气,阻止它们混合并提高冷却效率;二是针对地板和静压箱提升深度和高度,达到改善气流路径的效果;三是优化穿孔地板结构,也能达到改善气流路径的效果;四是控制优化风扇调控,改善气流路径,达到气流组织改善、提高机柜热性能.并对未来数据中心热环境研究进行了展望.

Abstract

With the continuous expansion of data centers and the increase of business applications,thermal environment problems have become more and more prominent.Optimizing airflow distribution,as an important means to improve the thermal environment,has become a hot area of concern in data center construction and operation.Based on the analysis of the current research status of improving airflow distribution at home and abroad,the airflow distribution optimization methods are classified,the advantages and disadvantages of exist-ing research are summarized,and the development trend of airflow distribution technology is analyzed.Sug-gestions are put forward to optimize the airflow distribution:first,install and transform baffle type flow guiding devices to separate hot air and cold air,prevent them from mixing and improve cooling efficiency;Second,in-crease the depth and height of the floor and static pressure box to improve the airflow path;Third,optimize the perforated floor structure,which can also achieve the effect of improving the airflow path;Fourth,control and optimize fan regulation to improve the airflow path,so as to improve the airflow distribution and improve the thermal performance of the cabinet.The future research on the thermal environment of data centers is also prospected.
