脱盐水广泛应用于工业领域,常采用"双膜法"超滤、反渗透制备.冬季水温较低时为保证脱盐水的产水率,需对原水加热.结合某工业企业脱盐水站,就脱盐水处理中的节能设计进行了分析.某脱盐水站节能系统运行后,脱盐水处理超滤冬季进水水温稳定,工业循环冷却水余热利用和热泵加热系统完全取代了蒸汽加热,有效解决了蒸汽能耗高的问题,可供类似项目参考.
Energy Saving Design for Desalinated Water Treatment
Desalted water is extensively utilized in industrial settings,typically produced through the du-al-membrane process of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.In order to ensure the water yield of desali-nated water when the water temperature is low in winter,the raw water needs to be heated.Based on the desalinated water station of an industrial enterprise,the energy saving design in desalinated water treatment is analyzed.After the energy saving system of a desalinated water station was put into oper-ation,the water temperature of the desalinated water treatment and ultrafiltration was stable in winter.The industrial circulating cooling water waste heat utilization and heat pump heating system completely replaced steam heating,effectively solving the problem of high steam energy consumption and can be used for similar projects reference.
