节能减排技术在移动通信机房中应用研究

"双碳"目标将加速电力系统的清洁化和低碳化,对"十四五"期间我国的电力供需状况产生重大影响.在"双碳"目标下,本研究分析了影响"十四五"期间电力供需的主要因素,建立了基干部门分析等方法的电力需求预测模型,并利用发电模拟分析了电力供需平衡.结果表明,"十四五"期间中国电力供需形势的特点是电力需求强劲增长,夏季和冬季"双峰"期间电力供应压力大,冬季和旱季水电重要地区出现一些电力短缺.建议采取措施保护电力供需平衡,如加强供电网络、负荷整合和储能规划,加快完善需求响应策略和机制,并根据需要适量部署天然气、电力和电化学能源的储存设施.国家提倡节能减排工作,并对通信行业的节能减排做出重点关注,从移动通信机房运营中的能耗现状进行剖析后,对节能减排技术的应用问题作出阐述,提出相关方面的改进对策,为通信行业的节能减排工作献计献策.
Research on the Application of Energy Saving and Emis-sion Reduction Technology in Mobile Telecommunication Rooms
The"Double Carbon"goal will accelerate the cleanliness and low carbon of the power sys-tem,and have a significant impact on China's power supply and demand situation during the 14th Five-year Plan period.Under the"Double Carbon"goal,this study analyzed the main factors affecting power supply and demand during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,established a power demand pre-diction model based on departmental analysis and other methods,and used power generation simula-tion to analyze the balance of power supply and demand.The results show that the power supply and demand situation in China during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period is characterized by strong growth in power demand,high power supply pressure during the"Double Peaking"period in summer and winter,and some power shortages in important hydropower areas in winter and dry seasons.It is recommend-ed to take measures to protect the balance of power supply and demand,such as strengthening power supply networks,load integration and energy storage planning,accelerating the improvement of de-mand response strategies and mechanisms,and deploying appropriate amounts of natural gas,elec-tricity and electrochemical energy storage facilities as needed.The state advocates energy conserva-tion and emission reduction work,and pays special attention to energy conservation and emission re-duction in the telecommunications industry.After the analysis of the current situation of energy con-sumption in the operation of mobile communication room,the application of energy conservation and emission reduction technology is expounded,relevant improvement countermeasures are put forward,and suggestions are made for the energy conservation and emission reduction work in the communica-tion industry.
