石灰石浆液制备系统运行中存在问题的探讨

石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置FGD系统被证明是一种脱硫率高、可靠性高、性价比高的先进脱硫工艺,目前我国300 MW及以上的火力发电厂90%均采用了该技术,而石灰石浆液制备系统是脱硫系统稳定运行的基础,结合系统实际运行情况,探讨了过滤水坑搅拌器轴杆断裂、磨机再循环泵出口电动阀阀杆断裂、磨机再循环箱搅拌器液位低联锁停运后无法启动、球磨机停运时出口甩料严重、球磨机主电机运行过程中因润滑油系统油脂检测开关故障停运、石灰石旋流器旋流子堵塞几种常见故障及故障产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法.
Study on Existing Problems in Operation of Limestone Slurry Process System
The FGD system of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization unit has been proven to be an advanced desulfurization process with high desulfurization rate,high reliability and high cost performance.Currently,90%of the thermal power plants of 300MW and above in my country have ad-opted this technology.The limestone slurry preparation system is the basis for the stable operation of the desulfurization system.Combined with the actual operation of the system,the fracture of the shaft of the filter puddle agitator,the fracture of the electric valve stem at the outlet of the mill recirculation pump,and the fracture of the valve stem of the electric valve at the outlet of the mill are discussed.The agitator in the mill recirculation box is low and cannot be started after being interlocked and shut down,the outlet throwing is serious when the ball mill is shut down,the main motor of the ball mill is shut down due to a failure of the grease detection switch of the lubricating oil system during operation,and the cyclone of the limestone cyclone is blocked.Several common faults and the causes of the faults are proposed,and corresponding solutions are proposed.
