Exploration of Paperless Management of Hospital Archives
Hospital archives are an important carrier for recording medical activities and are of vital sig-nificance to the improvement of hospital standards,dispute resolution,and medical research.However,traditional hospital archives management relies on paper documents and has many problems such as large storage space,high management costs,and inconvenient access,which not only affects hospital operating efficiency,but also increases management costs.Therefore,how to save resources as much as possible while ensuring that archives are complete,accurate and accessible has become an urgent problem to be solved in hospital management.With the development of information technology,paper-less office has gradually emerged,providing new ideas and methods for the innovation of hospital ar-chives management,but it has also brought new challenges to hospital archives management.
