数字化转型为企业高质量发展"赋能"还是"负能"

在数字经济纵深发展的时代,实现数字化转型是制造业企业高质量发展的必由之路.在整理和收集2011-2020年中国省级层面各上市公司数字化转型的政策文本基础上,就数字化转型与企业高质量发展间关系进行实证考察.研究发现,数字化转型发挥了"赋能"效果,促进了企业高质量发展.机制分析发现,数字化转型发挥了对企业技术人员的集聚效应,提升了企业创新能力和降低营业成本,由此助力企业高质量发展.异质性检验发现,相比于小规模企业和国有企业,数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响在大规模企业和非国有企业中更为明显.空间效应检验发现,数字化转型对企业高质量发展产生了空间溢出效应,其中规模较小的企业在数字化转型中对企业高质量发展会产生间接抑制作用.以数字化转型为切入点,通过实证分析企业高质量发展的效果,在丰富数字化转型研究同时,也为企业高质量发展研究提供了新的视角.
Abstract
In the era of in-depth development of the digital economy,achieving digital transformation is the on-ly way for high quality development of manufacturing enterprises.Based on sorting out and collecting policy texts on the digital transformation of listed companies at the provincial level in China from 2011 to 2020,an em-pirical investigation was conducted on the relationship between digital transformation and high quality develop-ment of enterprises.Research found that digital transformation has exerted an"Empower"effect and promoted high quality development of enterprises.Mechanism analysis found that digital transformation has exerted an agglomeration effect on enterprise technical personnel,improved enterprise innovation capabilities and re-duced operating costs,thereby helping enterprises to develop high quality.The heterogeneity test found that compared with small-scale enterprises and state-owned enterprises,the impact of digital transformation on the high quality development of enterprises is more obvious among large-scale enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises.The spatial effect test found that digital transformation has a spatial spillover effect on the high quality development of enterprises,among which smaller enterprises will have an indirect inhibitory effect on the high quality development of enterprises during digital transformation.Taking digital transformation as the entry point,through empirical analysis of the effect of high quality development of enterprises,it not only enrich-es digital transformation research,but also provides a new perspective for high quality development research of enterprises.
