临沂市资源环境承载力评价研究

探讨临沂市的资源环境承载能力与经济发展的关系,以临沂市的资源环境承载力为例,从环境质量、资源状况、经济发展和社会情况4个方面共选取15个代表性指标来构建指标体系,采用主成分分析法,得到各年份承载力排名,利用该方法得到承载力最优与最差的年份,接着再利用熵权法与TOPSIS模型继续深入的研究.研究结果表明:2011年-2020年临沂市的资源环境承载力整体上呈增长的态势,但该地区承载力指标值较低仅处于中等水平,仍需进一步改善;资源环境状况对区域经济发展具有较大影响.该研究评价结果较好,能对临沂市未来可持续发展提供可行性建议.
Research on the Evaluation of Resource and Environmen-tal Carrying Capacity in Linyi City
This paper explores the relationship between the resource and environmental carrying ca-pacity of Linyi City and economic development.Taking the resource and environmental carrying capaci-ty of Linyi City as an example,a total of 15 representative indicators are selected from four aspects:en-vironmental quality,resource status,economic development and social conditions to build an indicator system.The principal component analysis method is used to obtain the ranking of the carrying capacity of each year.The years with the best and worst carrying capacity are obtained using this method.Then,the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS model are used to continue in-depth research.The research results show that the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Linyi City has shown an overall increase trend from 2011 to 2020,but the index value of the carrying capacity in this region is low and only at a medium level,and still needs further improvement;The resource and environmental status has a greater impact on regional economic development.The evaluation results of this study are relatively good,which can provide feasible suggestions for the sustainable development of Linyi City in the future.
