Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Beijing Municipal Hospitals under the Back-ground of"Double Carbon"
Investigate the current situation of energy saving and consumption reduction in hospitals in Beijing and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Focusing on the theme of energy saving and consumption reduction in public hospitals in Beijing,more than 20 units including the Beijing City Development and Reform Commission(including the Beijing City energy saving Center),the Beijing City Ecological Environment Bureau,the Aircraft Management Bureau and other administrative units,and professional associations such as the Bei-jing City Hospital Innovation Management and Technology Application Association and the Medical Logistics Association were conducted on-site research,policy research and literature research.Hospitals in Beijing have high energy consumption levels and high energy intensity.During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,the total energy consumption and carbon emissions of hospitals in Beijing have gradually increased.The energy consumption level of hospitals is directly related to business development.Hospitals and administrative units have carried out useful explorations,attempts and achieved satisfactory results in energy saving and consump-tion reduction work.However,there are also problems such as the lack of professional energy saving and con-sumption reduction talents in hospitals,imperfect energy saving and consumption reduction management sys-tems,insufficient financial support for technological renovation,and many restrictive factors for renovation.It is recommended to help Beijing hospitals carry out energy saving and consumption reduction work from the per-spectives of talent protection,fund raising,overall coordination and implementation of energy contract manage-ment,and composite property management.
