主要对"双碳"背景下构建楼宇智能化发展的趋势进行探讨.自我国提出"双碳"目标以来,如何节约能源、减少排放,已成为各行各业普遍关心的问题.建筑是实现节能减排目标的重要产业领域.在宏观层面上,建筑行业节能减排是实现碳中和发展目标的重要一环.建筑行业如果能够达到"碳中和",将对"双碳"的实现有着重要意义.建筑信息模型作为该领域新型技术的代表之一,再结合物联网、大数据、GIS等技术形成了智能楼宇信息共享化、三维可视化、协同管理化等,使得绿色建筑的建设品质和社会效益得到显著改善.
Challenges and Prospects of Building Intelligence under the"Double Carbon"Goal
This paper mainly discusses the development trend of building intelligent buildings under the back-ground of"Double Carbon".Since China proposed the"Double Carbon"goal,how to save energy and reduce emissions has become a common concern in all walks of life.Construction is an important industrial area to achieve energy saving and emission reduction goals.At the macro level,energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry is an important part of achieving carbon neutrality development goals.If the con-struction industry can achieve"carbon neutrality",it will be of great significance to the realization of"Double Carbon".As one of the representatives of new technologies in this field,building information models combine technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and GIS to form intelligent building information sharing,three-dimensional visualization,and collaborative management,which makes the construction quality and so-cial benefits of green buildings significantly improved.
