绿氢产业发展面临的挑战和对策分析

在全球能源绿色低碳转型背景下,氢能产业扩张势头强劲.其中绿氢产业解决了绿色低碳低成本氢源的制备问题,不仅推动了氢能产业的健康有序发展,而且在"双碳"背景下对中国有着重大的战略意义.详细列举了近年来国内外绿氢产业尤其是制氢环节的相关政策与发展现状,中国在政策支持和市场前景方面展现出强大的发展潜力,已成为全球绿氢产业的重要力量.随后对比分析了我国绿氢产业发展所面临的挑战与困难,包括绿氢制备管制尚未完全放开,绿氢制备的经济性与可持续性仍需提升,区域性及输送问题制约产业规模化发展等.最后,从我国实际情况出发,提出针对性的对策建议,包括完善配套标准法规,构建绿氢安全体系;推动绿氢技术创新,优化风光储氢系统;丰富绿氢应用场景,推动传统工业耦合;整合现有资源优势,探索绿氢区域协作.
Challenges Faced by the Development of Green Hydrogen Industry and Countermeasures
Against the background of global energy green and low carbon transformation,the hydrogen energy industry has a strong expansion momentum.Among them,the green hydrogen industry solves the problem of preparing green,low carbon and low-cost hydrogen sources.It not only promotes the healthy and orderly development of the hydrogen energy industry,but also has great strategic signifi-cance to China in the context of"Double Carbon".This paper lists in detail the relevant policies and de-velopment status of the domestic and foreign green hydrogen industry in recent years,especially in the hydrogen production sector.China has shown strong development potential in terms of policy support and market prospects,and has become an important force in the global green hydrogen industry.Then,the challenges and difficulties faced by the development of China's green hydrogen industry are com-pared and analyzed,including the regulation of green hydrogen preparation has not been fully re-leased,the economy and sustainability of green hydrogen preparation still need to be improved,and re-gional and transportation problems restrict the large-scale development of the industry.Finally,based on China's actual situation,this paper put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,including improving supporting standards and regulations,building green hydrogen safety system;promoting green hydrogen technology innovation and optimizing wind and solar hydrogen storage systems;en-riching green hydrogen application scenarios and promoting traditional industrial coupling;and integrat-ing existing resource advantages and explore regional collaboration on green hydrogen.
