发展核电助力能源转型研究——以河北省为例

发展核电对于沿海省份能源转型具有重要的推动作用.以河北省为例,河北作为京津冀协同发展战略和雄安新区建设的关键一方和重要载体,在推进绿色发展,建设新型能源强省方面面临着较大挑战.河北省加快发展核电十分必要,特别是在当前"双碳"战略和国际能源市场波动的形势下,核电作为低碳、稳定、高效的优质基荷电源,有助于加快构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源系统,助力实现碳达峰、碳中和目标,有助于促进地区产业转型升级,满足地区经济增长和高质量发展清洁用能需求.系统分析了河北省能源发展现状与面临的挑战,论证了发展核电对于推动河北省能源转型的重要作用,提出未来发展核电的策略建议.
Abstract
The development of nuclear power plays an important role in promoting the energy transformation of coastal provinces.Taking Hebei Province as an example,Hebei,as a key party and important carrier of the co-ordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the construction of Xiongan New Area,faces greater challenges in promoting green development and building a strong new energy province.It is necessary for Hebei Province to accelerate the development of nuclear power.Especially under the current"Double Car-bon"strategy and fluctuations in the international energy market,nuclear power,as a low carbon,stable and ef-ficient high-quality base load power supply,will help accelerate the construction of clean and low carbon,safe and efficient modern energy systems help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,help pro-mote regional industrial transformation and upgrading,and meet regional economic growth and high-quality development clean energy needs.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by energy development in Hebei Province,demonstrates the important role of developing nuclear power in promoting the energy transformation of Hebei Province,and puts forward strategic suggestions for the future development of nuclear power.
