奉贤地区配电网合解环操作的分析及对策

供电可靠性作为衡量一个供电公司的三大指标之一,随着配电网的发展,用户对其要求越来越高,不停电合环转供电成为提高供电可靠性的有力手段,并已贯穿到调度的整个日常工作中.着重介绍了奉贤地区配电网络结构及合解环操作原则,分析了奉贤调度在处理不同情况下的合解环操作应注意的事项及对策.最后介绍了上海地调OMS系统中的35 kV合环电流离线计算工具在实际操作中的应用.
Abstract
Power supply reliability is one of the three major indicators to measure a power supply compa-ny.With the development of distribution networks,users have higher and higher requirements for it.Unin-terrupted power supply has become a powerful means to improve power supply reliability,and has been implemented throughout the daily work of dispatch.This paper focuses on introducing the distribution net-work structure and the principles of loop closing operations in Fengxian area,and analyzes the matters and countermeasures that Fengxian dispatch should pay attention to when handling loop closing opera-tions under different circumstances.Finally,the application of the 35 kV closed loop current offline calcula-tion tool in the OMS system of Shanghai Geotechnical Survey in practical operation is introduced.
