随着国网同期系统应用的深化,"十强市"指标体系应运而生,该体系全面科学,是衡量线损工作整体运营绩效的金指标,基于该线损指标体系的创优竞比工作也因此得到高度重视并广泛开展.结合工作实际,论述了主网线损监测治理策略及在成功争创十强市过程中日常工作所采取的实施管理举措,相关内容具有较强的实用性和借鉴意义.
Abstract
With the deepening of the application of the State Grid System during the same period,the"Top Ten Cities"indicator system came into being.This system is comprehensive and scientific and is a gold in-dicator for measuring the overall operating performance of line loss work.Excellence and competition based on this line loss indicator system has also been highly valued and widely carried out.Based on the actual work,the paper discusses the main grid loss monitoring and management strategies and the imple-mentation management measures taken in daily work in the process of successfully striving to become the top ten cities.The relevant content has strong practicality and reference significance.
