摘要

介绍了加油站油气排放和回收系统,列出目前加油站环评中油气排放量核算和估算模型参数设置不合理等问题,以上海市浦东新区某加油站为例,通过AERSCREEN模型估算了两种情景下油气排放落地浓度,明确需进一步完善油气排放系数、预测工况及预测高度,对提升加油站建设项目环评文件质量,更好发挥环评的源头预防作用具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract

This paper introduces the oil and gas emission and recovery system of gas stations,and lists problems such as unreasonable parameters setting of oil and gas emission accounting and estimation models in the current environmental assessment of gas stations.Taking a gas station in Pudong New Dis-trict,Shanghai City as an example,the landing concentration of oil and gas emissions under two scenarios is estimated through the AERSCREEN model.It is clear that the oil and gas emission coefficients,predict-ed operating conditions and predicted heights need to be further improved,which is important to improve the quality of environmental assessment documents for gas station construction projects.It has certain ref-erence significance to better play the source prevention role of environmental assessment.
