摘要

在卷烟厂两班制的工作模式下,以减少工艺空调蒸汽使用量为核心,通过对基层车间现场的调研分析及温湿度调控经验判断,经过试验反复验证,得出夜班非生产时间段内工艺空调采用"保温不保湿"控制方式,即仅控制生产现场温度,关闭蒸汽加湿执行器,就可明显减少蒸汽使用量.能源管理系统统计数据表明,该节能运行策略全年节约蒸汽超过30%,具有较强的推广价值.

Abstract

Under the two-shift working mode of the cigarette factory,with the core of reducing the steam usage of the process air conditioner,through on-site investigation and analysis of the grassroots workshop and experience in temperature and humidity control,and after repeated test verification,it is concluded that during the non-production period of night shift,the industrial air conditioner adopts the"insulation but not moisture"control method,that is,only the temperature of the production site is con-trolled and the steam humidification actuator is turned off,which can significantly reduce the steam us-age.Statistics from the energy management system show that this energy saving operation strategy saves more than 30%steam throughout the year and has strong promotion value.
