传统火炕节能改造进展综述及优化分析

传统火炕在北方农村是一种集供暖、食、宿等多种功能的重要设施,随着近年"双碳"目标的提出及居民对居住环境要求的提高,对传统火炕的节能改造显得尤为重要.归纳了国内外对节能炕的研究成果,介绍了太阳能直热炕、太阳能蓄热炕等节能炕的研究现状,并提出太阳能蓄热炕应在蓄热材料及管道排布方式两方面进行改进的方法,可显著缩短太阳能相变蓄热炕的热响应时间.通过设计供水、供热组合式系统,实现炕体的周期性供热,为节能炕的进一步优化提供参考.
Abstract
Traditional heated brick bed is an important facility with multiple functions such as heating,food,and accommodation in northern rural areas.With the introduction of the"Double Carbon"goal in recent years and the improvement of residents'requirements for the living environment,the energy saving transformation of traditional heated brick bed is particular-ly important.This paper summarizes the research results on energy saving heated brick beds at home and abroad,introduces the research status of energy saving heated brick bed such as solar direct heat-ing brick bed and solar thermal storage brick bed,and proposes that solar thermal storage brick bed should be improved in terms of heat storage materials and pipe arrangement,which can significantly shorten the thermal response time of solar phase change thermal storage brick bed.By designing a combined water supply and heating system,periodic heating of the brick bed body is realized,providing reference for further optimization of the energy saving brick bed body.
