数字经济背景下保险经管实践类课程教学改革与优化路径——以"保险经营管理学"课程为例

数字经济推动保险业加速转型发展,线上化、智能化、生态化趋势明显.保险业是一种重要的风险管理工具,面临数字化转型和产品服务创新的提质增效发展契机.当前,保险业的参与主体、产品服务、价值创造、市场竞争机制均发生了变革,这要求保险经管实践类课程强化学以致用的课程教学目标、突出跨学科和前沿性的教学内容、培养有商业洞察力和客户思维的创新合作型专业人才.文章以"保险经营管理学"课程为例,探讨具体优化路径,包括设计"理论模块—应用模块"教学闭环,增加保险数字化和跨学科等前沿专题的教学内容优化、进行"问题导向式教学+案例式教学+项目式培养"多样化教学方法并行的教学模式优化、基于学习过程的综合评价与基于个体差异的增值评价相融合的教学评价优化.
The digital economy is driving the insurance industry to accelerate its transformation and development,with clear trends towards online,intelligent,and ecological operations.The insurance industry serves as a crucial risk management tool and is facing opportunities for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement through digital transformation and product service innovation.Currently,there have been transformations in the participants,products,services,value creation and market competition mechanism of the insurance industry,which require insurance management practice courses to strengthen the teaching objectives of applying knowledge to practice,highlight interdisciplinary and cutting-edge teaching content,and cultivate innovative and cooperative professionals with business insight and customer thinking.Taking the"Insurance Business Management"course as an example,the author discusses specific optimization paths,including designing a teaching loop of"theory modules-application modules",enhancing the teaching content related to insurance digitalization and interdisciplinary topics,implementing a diversified teaching model that combines problem-oriented teaching,case-based teaching,and project-based training,as well as optimizing teaching evaluation by integrating comprehensive assessment based on the learning process with value-added assessment based on individual differences.
