摘要

同步辐射成像是金属凝固过程原位观察的先进技术.介绍了同步辐射成像的原理、主要类型及发展.简述了异质形核、界面稳定性、柱状晶向等轴晶转变等金属凝固过程的原位观察,以及凝固组织演化和电磁场对金属凝固过程影响的观察.

Abstract

Synchronous radiation imaging is an advanced technique used for in-situ observation of metal solidification process.The principle,main types,and development of synchronous radiation imaging were introduced.In-situ observation of metal solidification processes such as heterogeneous nucleation,interface stability,transformation of columnar crystal into equiaxed crystal,as well as observation of the evolution of solidified structure and the influence of electromagnetic fields on the metal solidification process,were described briefly.
