小方坯弧形结晶器水口位置优化设计

Optimization of Design of Nozzle Position in Curved Mold for Small Square Billet

鉴于某厂150 mm ×150 mm方坯角部纵裂,对弧形结晶器的流场和温度场进行了数值模拟.设计了水口在中心位置水平偏移和偏转的7种方案.通过对比流场对称性和温度分布均匀性,发现水口向内弧偏转0.5°~1.0°或向内弧偏移5 mm的方案获得的流场对称性和温度分布均匀性最好,方坯角部纵裂明显减少.
In view of the longitudinal cracking of corner of billet measuring 150 mm by 150 mm,the numerical simulations were performed on the flow field and temperature field in the curved mold,and seven schemes such as horizontal displacement and deviation of the nozzle at the center position were designed.From comparison of the symmetry of the flow field with uniformity of the temperature distribution it was found that the scheme that deviation of the nozzle from the inner arc was 0.5° to 1.0° or offset of the nozzle from the inner arc was 5 mm achieved the best flow field symmetry and temperature distribution uniformity,and the longitudinal cracks at corner of the billet were significantly decreased.
