通过分析电渣重熔和引弧的机制,发明了一种新的电渣炉引弧方法,并制作了相应的引弧装置.分析了电渣炉冶炼过程中断弧的原因,提出了提高电渣炉引弧成功率的途径.实践证明:采用新的引弧方法和引弧装置后,电渣炉引弧成功率提高到了 98%以上;自耗电极与结晶器内壁的间距必须大于25 mm.
By means of analysis on the mechanism of electroslag remelting and arc striking,a new arc striking method was invented,and a corresponding arc striking device was manufactured.The causes for arc extinction during smelting in electroslag furnace were analyzed,and the approaches to the increase in successful rate of arc striking in electroslag furnace were put forward.It has been proven in practice that the successful rate of arc striking in electroslag furnace has been increased to 98%or more after the new both arc striking method and arc striking device being used.The interval between the consumable electrode and the mould inwall must be more than 25 mm.
