Academic Origin,Motivational Support and Optimization Path of Social Support for the Reform of Higher Education Evaluation
The lack of a solid social foundation and sufficient social support is an important reason for the poor effectiveness of the reform of higher education evaluation.The social support for the reform of higher education evaluation has a profound academic origin.The demand for personnel reform in social development and the expectations of social changes for morality are important driving forces for the reform of higher education evaluation.The reform of higher education evaluation requires the transformation of the social and cultural environment,including values and moral norms,and the full utilization of social resources,including social relations,social culture as well as social policies and institutions.From the perspectives of academic origins,motivational support and practical paths,this paper delves into the social foundation of the reform of higher education evaluation,and seeks support,solutions and strategies from the social system.
