Construction of Performance Evaluation Index System for High-quality Development of Vocational Undergraduate Colleges Based on BSC-AHP
Based on the theory of balanced scorecard and the analytic hierarchy process,a performance evaluation index system for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate colleges is constructed.It consists of four first-level indexes,nine two-level indexes,and a number of third-level indexes.Combined with the results of the weighting of the performance evaluation indexes,this paper puts forward suggestions of formulating the overall index of performance evaluation,promoting the classified evaluation of educational performance,optimizing the financial performance evaluation system,condensing the characteristics of the management performance indexes,and constructing the feedback mechanism of performance evaluation.
