Pormoting the Construction of Learning Atmosphere in Universities through Evaluation Reform
Lowering heads,taking no notes and sitting in the back row,etc.,are the reality of students in classes of some universities in China.In order to deal with these problems,universities have carried out activities to strengthen the construction of learning atmosphere,and take measures to check the"four noes"phenomenon(not bringing textbooks,not taking notes,not asking questions,and not sitting in the front row)as well as the"three rates"(class attendance rate,head-up rate and student rate of sitting in the front row).These measures are all superficial management of the learning atmosphere.This paper points out that in order to engage university students in classroom learning,we should be problem-oriented,and solve the problems that affecting the quality of talent training,e.g.,school positioning,teacher evaluation,and student evaluation.
