Risk of Instructional Supervision System in Local Universities and Its Countermeasures from the Perspective of New Institutionalism
There are some incompatibilities in institutional innovation,professional development and role identification of instructional supervision system in local universities.Based on the core viewpoint of new institutionalism,the causes of the dilemma are further analyzed,which manifestes that the retardation of institutional innovation lies in institutional inertia under path dependence,the difficulty of professional development lies in the lack of institutional regulative,normative and cultural cognitive elements,and the difference of role identity creates the dilemma of collective action under multi-interest conflicts.Therefore,the development risks can be solved from the following aspects:break through the inertia of system and transform from technological innovation to integrated innovation,strengthen the construction of factors and shift to professional development,coordinate conflicts of interest parties and make tension confrontation shift to win-win cooperation.
