The Disposition of Attention of Educational Evaluation Policy in China
The disposition of educational evaluation policy is an important variable that affects the policy.In this paper,text analysis is used to analyze the work points of the Ministry of Education from 1987 to 2022 in three dimensions of target dimension,task dimension and path dimension.According to the circumstances of disposition and policy priorities,the development of disposition of educational evaluation policy in China can be divided into the recovery phase of focusing on the system rebuilding,improvement stage of emphasizing the"fairness"and"multiple evaluation",optimization phase of focusing on mechanism reform and system improvement.The goal dimension focuses on fairness from standardized management and quality assurance,the task dimension focuses on school,government and student evaluation,while the path dimension relies on system construction.Finally,this paper reveals the problems existing in the attention disposition of educational evaluation policy and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
