Research on the Optimization Strategy of Compulsory Education Resource Allocation Based on Education Satisfaction Monitoring
An investigation is carried out to establish the relation between satisfaction monitoring and resource allocation. The data show that the allocation of compulsory education resources faces challenges such as perceived mismatch in school layout due to urban-rural population mobility, low perception of government guarantees due to imbalanced teacher team construction, and imbalanced perception of school support due to insufficient school material resources. It is suggested that the effective strategies for optimizing the allocation of compulsory education resources are to establish a school layout concept of"urban-rural integration and complementary development",an education expenditure structure of"combining software and hardware, and determining expenses according to needs",a teacher replenishment mechanism of"precise allocation and dynamic management",and a performance evaluation system of"fair orientation and sustained efficiency"in resource allocation.
