Rapid Development of AI,How to Respond to Its Challenge to Educational Evaluation Reform?
Following the ChatGPT,Sora was presented and can creat video from text.In order to tackle the challenge caused by rapid development of artificial intelligence,school education in China should accelerate the promotion of AI+education.However,AI+education is affected by the solely focused on scores,admissions and academic credentials system of education evaluation,which exhibits the knowledge-based and exam-oriented tendency.Currently in the education field,the application of artificial intelligence mainly serves for exam-taking,which is not in line with the direction of education reform,and can hardly cultivate innovative talents adaptive to the era of artificial intelligence.This paper proposes that the key to tackle the challenge caused by rapid development of artificial intelligence is to push ahead with the educational evaluation reform,to firmly resolve the deep-rooted problems in the solely focused on scores,admissions and academic credentials system education evaluation system,and to adopt artificial intelligence technology to enhance the efficiency and public credibility of evaluation in the process of promoting the educational evaluation reform.
