Reform Strategies for the Quality Monitoring of Postgraduate Education in Universities
At present,there are practical difficulties in postgraduate education quality monitoring,such as unclear goals,incomplete supervision,inadequate regulation,and insufficient coordination.To solve these problems,We should implement typology-based monitoring from a multiple quality perspective,developmental monitoring from a dynamic quality perspective and collaborative monitoring from a comprehensive quality perspective.On this basis,we can create three innovative modes of postgraduate education quality monitoring in universities.They are the quality supervision mode of"training objectives-monitoring-standardization-effect evaluation",the quality control mode of"standardization-evaluation indicators-monitoring system-analysis feedback"and the quality collaborative promotion mode of"internal monitoring+external monitoring+quality culture".Thus,we can meet the practical demand for high-quality development of graduate education.
