Enlightenment of Evaluation Use Theory in the Use of High School Comprehensive Quality Evaluation
Due to the lack of professional evaluation ability in high schools,incomplete comprehensive quality evaluation system,and complex evaluation environment,there are some problems in the use of the results,such as insufficient,inconvenient,and unreasonable use.The fundamental reason is the lack of reasonable and actionable theoretical analysis of the use of comprehensive quality evaluation results.According to the analysis of influencing factors in the theory of evaluation use,the use of student comprehensive quality evaluation results is constrained by personnel factors,evaluation factors,and environmental factors.In order to effectively utilize the results of comprehensive quality evaluation,high schools should attach importance to the cultivation of professional abilities,standardize the evaluation system,improve the evaluation environment,and thus enhance the effective use of evaluation results.
