Scientificity and Ethicality:Concept Reiteration and Value Integration of University Evaluation
University evaluation affects the development of university.In the top-level design of university evaluation,scientificity and ethicality each play a unique role,representing the value pursuit of"seeking truth"and"pursuing goodness".The basic relationship between the scientificity and ethicality includes three aspects:the essential coexistence relationship,the fitting relationship of values,and the coexistence relationship of time and space.The reform of university evaluation requires the establishment of a development-oriented evaluation concept,the integration of the scientific and ethical aspects of university evaluation,and the establishment an ethical review mechanism.
