Difficulties and Breakthrough of Quality Evaluation of University Affiliated Schools
University affiliated schools suffer from many difficulties,such as the heavy responsibility of running the schools,the rapid scale expansion of the schools,the problems in the school running process and the lack of exclusive evaluation system.It is urgent to carry out quality evaluation of university affiliated schools.However,the quality evaluation of university affiliated school cooperation is often faced with difficulties such as difficult to clarify the evaluational goal,difficult to standardize the evaluational subject,difficult to distinguish the evaluational content,difficult to choose the evaluational way and difficult to use the evaluational result.Therefore,in the evaluation,we should make clear the orientation of running a school,and establish the orientation of value evaluation.We should implement multiple evaluation and establish the evaluation community of government,family,school and community.We should adhere to the system thinking,establish the evaluation index under CIPP evaluation model.We should strengthen the concept of substantive evaluation and adopt comprehensive evaluation means.We should promote the transformation of evaluation results,and establish a operation mechanism that promotes construction through evaluation.
