Research on the Optimization of Evaluation Indexes for Sampling Inspection of Master's Theses
It is an important measure to conduct sampling inspection on academic theses to strengthen external quality supervision and improve the quality of degree awarding.The evaluation index is the standard for the sampling evaluation of academic theses,reflecting the scientific and effective nature of academic theses.Based on interviews and questionnaire surveys on the evaluation indicators for sampling inspection of master's thesis in S province,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the evaluation indicators for master's thesis sampling,and proposes optimization measures and suggestions for the sampling and evaluation indicators of master's degree theses based on the new era,new situation,and the needs of graduate education reform and development.Firstly,we should develop evaluation indicators based on the characteristics of each discipline and major.Secondly,we should unify the primary indicators of academic and professional theses.Thirdly,we should reasonably determine the weights of primary indicators and their evaluation elements.Fourthly,we should standardize the evaluation materials and standards for non-thesis form achievements.
