Research on the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Majors Based on the CIPP Model
Based on the policies related to the construction of first-class majors and the effectiveness of its construction work,the article studies the evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction of first-class majors from a holistic point of view.Through analyzing the construction objectives and evaluation characteristics of first-class majors,this article constructs an evaluation index system with 15 secondary indexes and 33 tertiary indexes at four levels of background,input,process,and result by introducing the CIPP model as well as adopting the Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method,and then comprehensively evaluates effectiveness of the construction of first-class majors.Relevant strategies and suggestions are put forward to provide a theoretical basis and practical ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
