用分类指导、分类培养与分类评价来提高专业博士含金量

我国提出要在国家层面提升博士专业学位授权点占比,探索建立学术学位与专业学位培养分类发展、融通创新机制,完善评价体系.当前,社会对专业博士还存在偏见与歧视,专业博士培养单位还存在照搬学术博士模式进行培养的现实问题.要提高专业博士培养质量必须突破三大难点:建立高水平的专业博士导师队伍;推进深度的校企合作,共同打造并实施专业博士培养方案;摆脱"唯论文"评价,建立有公信力的专业博士实践成果评价体系.
Enhancement of Professional Doctorate's Value through Classified Guide,Classified Cultivation and Classified Evaluation
China has proposed to increase the proportion of professional doctoral degree-conferring institutions at the state level,to explore innovative mechanism for the classified development in cultivation of academic degrees and professional degrees,as well as to improve the evaluation system.This paper points out that Chinese society still holds prejudice and discrimination against professional doctorate,and institutions still takes reference of academic doctors in the cultivation of professional doctors.In order to enhance the cultivation quality of professional doctors,we must make breakthroughs in three major difficult aspects,namely establishing a high-caliber team of professional doctoral supervisors,promoting in-depth cooperation between institutions and enterprises so as to jointly create and implement professional doctoral cultivation programs,getting rid of thesis-only evaluation and establish a credible system for evaluating practical achievements of professional doctors.
