摘要
对外翻译实践是承载国家意识与立场的文化政治行为,不仅是贯彻国家政策意志的体现,也是翻译政策规划和引导下的产物,受到翻译政策的调节、指导、干预与约束.因此,必须将翻译政策因素纳入对外翻译的研究视野.本文廓清了国家翻译政策的定义与属性,并以"中华学术外译项目"(2010-2022)为案例,探讨该项目的翻译政策在选题范围、资助文版、申请主体、国际出版等维度的历时发展与演进,分析了"外译项目"立项结果与申报政策之间的相关度,对于增强未来国家翻译政策制定的前瞻性、科学性与针对性具有重要指导意义.
Abstract
Outbound translation practice is regulated,guided,intervened and constrained by the translation policy.Therefore,the factor of translation policy must be taken into consideration in the research of outbound translation.This paper clarifies the definition and attributes of national translation policy,and discusses its historical development and evolution with Translation Project of Chinese Academic Works(2010-2022)as an example.It analyses the scope of selected topics,target languages,applicants,and the interna-tional publication of the project,so as to provide some inspiration for the future development of national translation policy.
