我国语言服务标准化建设20年:历程、问题与对策

语言服务标准化建设是提升语言服务质量、促进市场公平竞争、加快行业从"自律"到"他律"转型的重要途径.自2003年首部语言服务国家标准发布至今,我国语言服务标准化建设历经20年发展已经取得阶段性成果.本文在对我国语言服务标准化历程进行归纳的基础上,结合"桑德斯标准化原理"分析现存问题并提出相应对策,以期为我国语言服务标准化建设提供理论支撑.
Twenty-year Journey of China's Standardization in Language Services:Progress,Challenges,and Measures
Standardization serves as a vital means for improving service quality,fostering fair market competition,and facilitating the transition from self-regulation to external regulation in the language services industry.Since the introduction of the first national lan-guage service standard in 2003,China's standardization in language services has undergone a twenty-year development and achieved significant milestones.This paper provides an overview of the progress of language services standardization in China,and applies Sand-ers'Principles of Standardization to figure out the existing challenges and propose corresponding countermeasures.It aims to lay theo-retical foundations for the continued advancement of China's standardization in language services.
