Abstract
This article examines the translation work,academic research,dictionary compilation and journal editing that Mr.Fang Mengzhi has been engaged in for a long time.Mr.Fang has made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of pragmatic translation studies,especially the theoretical innovation,academic research and development of pragmatic translation studies of China.
