Translation is essentially a process of"differentiation",and the dissemination of meaning generated through translation of-ten lacks ultimate certainty.After translation,the translated name will give rise to new meanings in the social and historical context,exceeding the initial design of translation.Therefore,translation is an event,not a fact.It starts from"after translation".In this sense,constant understanding and communication,as well as adjustments in translation,are the proper ways of cultural exchange.
