The Communist Party of China's Capacity,Experiences and Inspirations on Academical Theorization of Political Practices:A Case Study of Development on Political Security Expressions with Time
The knowledge resources and bases of establishing China's independent knowledge system would be the Communist Party of China's political practices and the innovative theories based on these practices.The political practices need to be transformed through social scientific ways into general academical theories.It calls for the Communist Party of China and academia's higher capacities on conceptualization and theorization.Only those political practices which stand the test of time and be widely believed by people can be seen as the certainties,and can be theorized.In China,the political security that protect the independency on politics and economy is one of those political practices.Over time,the CPC's understanding and expertise in political security have grown significantly,evidenced by the formulation of the four cardinal principles to the construction of the party's governance capabilities,and the holistic perspective on national security.This process shows the expressions change from practical expression to conceptualization furthermore to general academical theories.The changed expressions on political security reflect the political security's fundamental crucial status for China's modernization.It can provide general academical theory based on the local experience.Meanwhile,it also reflects the autonomy,progressiveness and adaptability of the CPC,which lay the foundation for the CPC's academical theorizing capacity.The research on the theorization of political security expression provides academic experience for the general theory construction based on local experiences and also opens up a new research agenda.
