The Uncertainty and the Beginning of Chinese Thoughts:An Interpretation of Zhouyi
The uncertainty has been one of the key problems which are puzzling Modern people. But the mainstream standpoint of the modern West can't cope with this challenge. So it is not only a dialogue with the Western discourses but also an inner demand of modern China to look for a different way of coping with uncertainties.Zhouyi gives us a good chance to answer this problem, which uses the temporal-spatial events to construct its narrative of the world, and bases its idea on the methodological relationism and empiricism. Its flexible idea being between the certainty and the uncertainty revealed an existing way in the changing world. This idea had deeply influenced traditional thoughts of China that were represented by the Confucianism and the Taoism.
