Unlike the imperial political system,the Grand Unification State embodies the ordering mechanism of central unificationism.As a systemic category,the center focuses on the dual integration of the three elements of political values:political subjects,political institutions around the system and the system in the traditional structure of the Zhi-ti theory.The center of the system established by this logic is the driving mechanism for the realization of the integrated order,which in essence is the core force that can develop the unifying governance model.In this perspective,the shift of Han Dynasty from Huang-Lao to Confucianism marks the optimization of systemic unification,which is very important for the maintenance of a regime and relates to its consolidation or decline.The mechanism of central integrationism not only helps to grasp the historical logic of the change and improvement of the great unified state,but also distinguishes it from the type of empire with discrete centers because it is oriented towards a unitary and cohesive form of statehood.
