摘要
走好中国特色金融发展之路必须尊重现代金融的发展规律,"八个坚持"决定了中国特色金融发展之路与西方金融模式有着本质区别,是金融强国建设的根本遵循和行动指南.中国要成为金融强国,需要货币、中央银行、金融机构、国际金融中心、金融监管和金融人才队伍等六个关键核心金融要素达到足够"强大"的程度.加快金融强国建设必须坚持稳中求进的工作总基调,把防控风险作为永恒主题,全面从严加强金融监管,实现高水平对外开放,毫不动摇地深化金融供给侧结构性改革.
Abstract
Pursuing a right way of financial development with Chinese characteristics must respect the development law of modern finance.The"eight insistence"determines the essential difference between the road of financial development with Chinese characteristics and the western financial model,and is the fundamental follow and action guide for the construction of a financial powerhouse.Before becoming a financial powerhouse,China needs six key core financial elements-currency,central bank,financial institutions,international financial centers,financial supervision and financial talent teams-to be sufficiently"strong".To accelerate the building of a financial powerhouse,we must adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability,take risk prevention and control as the eternal theme,comprehensively strengthen financial regulation,achieve a high level of opening up,and unswervingly deepen the structural reform of the financial supply side.
