Since the global financial crisis,the reform of global economic governance system marked by institutional change has become a hot topic of concern for the international community.The driving force of institutional change comes from the external shocks and the interaction among the states based on the concept,power and interest structure.The actors primarily composed by the states promote institutional transformation of global economic governance through the strategies such as identity,mode and object selection.As a rising power,China should position its role and make strategic choices in the institutional game of global economic governance,proactively advance institutional opening-up,establish an institutional network of governance guided by common development,maintain multilateral institutional order and promote its reform and improvement,and prepare institutional plans to prevent institutional changes targeting at China.
